The Rev. Dr. Kenneth J. Ransfer Sr. is the Senior Pastor of the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church of Portland Oregon. Dr. Ransfer has a prophetic ministry. Dr. Ransfer is actively involved in Civil Rights, Prison Reform, Social Justice, and Community Affairs.

He has traveled throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, and the Holy Land preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was the 2022 recipient of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. “Vision from the Mountain Top” Award for 25 years of community service in Seattle WA.
